1. Who We Are

Oris is operated by Thompson Dental Technologies LLC. We provide AI-powered content generation for dental practices. You can reach us at kyle@orisdental.io.

2. Information We Collect

When you create an account and use Oris, we collect:

• Practice information — practice name, doctor name(s), address, phone number, website, and social media handle
• Account credentials — email address and encrypted password
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card number, expiry, or CVC on our servers
• Monthly intake data — promotions, service highlights, and blog angles you enter each month
• Services offered — the services checklist you complete at registration
• Generated content — the posts and blog articles generated for your practice, stored in your account

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate customized monthly content for your practice
• Process your subscription and billing via Stripe
• Send you monthly content-ready notifications
• Improve the quality and relevance of generated content
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your practice information for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform. Generated content is retained indefinitely so you can access past months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

6. AI Content Generation

Your practice information and monthly intake data are sent to OpenAI's API to generate your content. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing. We do not permit OpenAI to use your data to train their models under our API agreement.

7. Cookies

Oris uses essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7a. Link Tracking and Campaign Analytics

Oris may collect basic performance data from Oris-generated links, including click counts, campaign source, destination URL, timestamp, referring platform, device and browser type, and approximate location. We use this information to improve the Service, measure content performance, and develop future reporting features. We do not use this information to identify individual patients or sell this data to third parties.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about your practice
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your generated content at any time

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of Oris after changes constitutes acceptance.
